The upper ground floor shall have a storage room, garbage chute and driveway/ramp. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors shall each have a lift lobby, storage room, EE/tel room and driveway/ramp but only the 2nd and 3rd floors shall each have an EE/tel room in them.
The Project shall have One Hundred Eight (10 parking slots distributed as follows, to wit : the lower ground floor parking shall have eight (8) parking slots; the upper ground floor (Podium 1) parking shall have eighteen (18) parking slots: the 204 floor (Podium 2) parking shall have thirty-four (34) parking slots; the 3rd floor (Podium 3) parking shall have thirty-four (34) parking slots; and finally, the 4th floor (Podium 4) parking shall have fourteen (14) parking slots.
The 5th up to the 25th floors (no 13th floor) shall consist of two hundred (2 residential condominium units specified hereinbelow, to wit :
Furthermore, the 2nd up to the 25th floors shall each have a lift lobby, hallway and EE/tel/garbage chute.
The 26th floor shall consist of four (4 enthouse units with their respective floor areas, to wit :
Likewise, the 26th floor shall have a lift lobby, hallway and EE/tel/garbage chute.
All in all there shall be a total of two hundred four (204) residential condominium units and one (1) commercial unit.
Section 3. Description of Units. Horizontally, each unit in the Project consists of the area from the center of the interior wall of the partitions separating such unit from other units or from the defined common areas. Vertically; each Unit consists of the spaces between the top of the concrete floor and the underside of the ceiling. Each unit shall be deemed to include any adjacent balcony. all the walls and partitions which are not load bearing within the perimeter walls of the unit' the inner decorated or finished surfaces of all walls, floors and the ceilings and the built-in fixtures.
