all known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their own free and voluntary act and deed. This instrument relates to the Articles of Incorporation of The Eastwood Lafayette Three Condominium Association, Inc. consisting of five (5) pages including the page where this acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page thereof and sealed with notarial seal.
