NINTH :     Membership in the Corporation cannot be transferred, conveyed, encumbered or otherwise disposed of separately from the condominium unit of which it is an appurtenance and any transfer, conveyance, encumbrance or disposition of a unit shall include the appurtenant membership in the Corporation.  Any member who ceases to own a unit in the Project automatically ceases to be a member of the Corporation.  These conditions shall appear in all Certificates of Membership to be issued by the Corporation.

TENTH :     That FRANCISCO C. CANUTO has been elected by the members as Treasurer of the Corporation. to act such until his successor is duly elected and qualified in accordance with the By-Laws of the Corporation and to receive for and in its behalf ll dues, contributions, assessments and/or donations paid in and/or given by all members and/or third persons thereto.
