- (cont...) when necessitated by damage, destruction, obsolescence, depreciation, expropriation or condemnation of the whole or any part thereof ;
- d) To maintain. clean, repair, reconstruct or rebuild any unit in the Project if and when the unit owner refuses to do so and such is necessary to protect or to safeguard and conserve the value and attractiveness of the common areas or any portion of the Project ;
- e) To provide and contract for public utilities and other services to the common areas of the Project ;
- f) To contract for the services of persons or firms to assist in the management and operation of the Project, including administrative, legal, accounting engineering and other professional and technical services ;
- g) To discharge any lien or encumbrance upon the entire Project or any part thereof ;
- h) To enforce the limitations, restrictions, covenants and conditions contained in the Master Deed of the Project ;
- i) To levy and collect such assessments against the owners of units in the Project as ate provided for in the Master Deed of the Project ;
- j) To acquire, own, hold, enjoy, lease, operate and maintain, and to convey, sell, transfer, mortgage, or otherwise encumber, or otherwise dispose of real and personal properties in connection with the purposes and activities of the Corporation, and,
- k) To enjoy such other powers as are necessary, incidental or convenient to the accomplishment of the foregoing.
THIRD : That the place where the principal office of the Corporation is to be established is at Condominium Bldg.. Eastwood City CyberPark, E. Rodriguez. Jr, Avenue (C-5 Road), Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines ;
FOURTH : That the term of the Corporation shall be co-terminus with the duration of the Project ;
FIFTH : That the names. nationalities and addresses of the incorporators of said Corporation are as follows, to wit :
