both known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their own free and voluntary act and deed and of the corporations represented herein.
This instrument relates to The Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions of The Eastwood Lafayette Three condominium project constructed over that one (1) parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon, situated at Eastwood City CyberPark, E. Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue (C-5 Road), Bagumbayan, Quezon City. Metro Manila. Philippines and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-236307 issued by the Registry of Deeds for Quezon City Metro Manila, Philippines, consisting of sixteen (16) pages including the page where this acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and every page thereof and sealed with notarial seal.
